1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund We will provide a free replacement or a full refund only under the following circumstances:
- Transit Damage: The product packaging is damaged, torn, or unsealed upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product: You received an item that is different from what you originally ordered.
- Expired Item: The product delivered is past its printed expiry date.
2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund If you face any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps to claim your replacement or refund:
- Notify Us: You must report the issue within 1 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Share Proof: Take a clear unboxing video and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, making sure the original shipping label is visible.

3. The Replacement Process
- Once our team reviews and approves your proof, we will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement product to your address at no additional shipping cost.
- Because we deal in food products, you do not need to ship the damaged or incorrect item back to us. Please dispose of it safely.
4. The Refund Process
- If your claim is approved and you prefer a refund over a replacement, we will initiate the refund immediately.
- The approved amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
5. Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
