However, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer replacements or refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. Exceptional Cases for Returns or Replacements We will gladly issue a replacement or process a refund only if your order meets any of the following conditions:
- Damaged in Transit: The parcel or product packaging is torn, tampered with, or damaged upon delivery.
- Wrong Product Delivered: The item you received does not match the item you ordered.
- Expired Product: The item delivered has passed its stated expiry date.
2. How to Raise a Claim If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:
- Time Window: You must raise a complaint within 1 hours (0 days) of receiving the delivery. Claims made after this window will not be accepted.
- Proof Required: Please capture a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the damaged or wrong product, along with the original shipping label.

3. The Refund & Replacement Process
- Because we deal in food items, we generally do not arrange reverse pickups for damaged goods.
- Once our team reviews and approves your unboxing video/photos, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement or initiate a full refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
4. Shipping & Cancellations
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full refund only if it has not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Shipping Fees: We ship everywhere in India. If a delivery fails due to incorrect customer details or refusal to accept the package, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
